Your real estate agent or broker is a valuable asset when searching for properties online. They can set up specific, targeted home searches based on your criteria, through the MLS with a live data feed. The MLS will send you emails directly when homes are first listed, if a home goes back on market or if there is a drop in price, so you can stay on top of the market and not miss out on that perfect place to call home.  

Another good avenue to search for homes online is your real estate agent’s/brokers website if they have true IDX. (Not all IDX is the same)
